• METs Stretching (Muscle
Energy Techniques) –
Although these often form part
of the client’s treatment
to aid recovery from injury, they
can also be administered as a
total body stretching session
that will leave you feeling refreshed,
invigorated and eager to return
to physical exercise.
• Postural Work –
Many people’s aches and
pains can be explained by residual
postural problems. Weak elongated
muscles and strong or tightened
muscles can cause imbalances in
posture that can be treated through
stretching and strengthening exercises
administered by the therapist.
