For many women keeping in shape before and after a pregnancy is of paramount importance but how do you know if you are doing exercises that are safe and correct for your stage of pregnancy?
I am fully qualified to assist ladies wanting to
maintain their fitness levels throughout pregnancy. In fact I can address many of the key issues you will face during gestation, back pain, postural changes, flexibility, circulation and muscular endurance. My pre-natal programmes are designed to keep you in optimum shape for the birth of your child and help you to recover more quickly afterwards.

Six weeks after the birth of your baby, you will be ready to re-start your health and fitness programme and Core Personal Training is here to fast-track you back into condition.

Prime concerns being, a return to your pre-pregnancy weight with a rapid improvement in abdominal tone and body image. Great care will be taken to ease you back into regular exercise in a safe and controlled manner, to get you back into the shape you once where, or always wanted to be!
