the birth of your child and help
you to recover more quickly afterwards.
Six weeks after the birth of your
baby, you will be ready to re-start
your health and fitness programme
and Core Personal Training is
here to fast-track you back into
condition.
Prime concerns being, a return
to your pre-pregnancy weight with
a rapid improvement in abdominal
tone and body image. Great care
will be taken to ease you back
into regular exercise in a safe
and controlled manner, to get
you back into the shape you once
where, or always wanted to be!
