a food diary, so I can assess
what you are eating, when you
are eating and why you are eating.
I will then offer advice and alternatives
to keep you on track for your
lifestyle goals without making
your diet bland and boring.
I will even provide you with a
whole week’s menu options
to get you started.
Nutritional Consultation can be
offered as part of a fitness package
or as an individual service depending
